Starting Position
1. Stand on the calf raise machine with your feet on the platform, toes pointing outward.
2. Adjust the shoulder pads to fit your shoulders and slightly bend your knees.
3. Lower your heels towards the ground to assume the starting position.
During the Exercise
1. Raise your body by pushing through your toes, contracting your calf muscles.
2. Slowly lower your heels back to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift your body, and inhale as you lower your heels.
