Hello! I'm Young-jae Cho, a natural bodybuilder. I've developed my training methods through self-study and experimentation, without a trainer's guidance. Through numerous trials and errors, I've perfected my current routine and training approach.
Having experienced several major injuries during my competitive years, I've taken a serious approach to developing training methods that minimize injury risk. I've overcome various physical challenges including complete TFCC tear, ligament rupture, and herniated disc, and now maintain a complete training regimen without injuries.
