⚔️ The Secret of Dual Swords ⚔️ 2025 RBW Natural Warriors Overall Bodybuilding 1st Place, Classic Physique 1st Place
✅ Want to improve both strength and muscle hypertrophy rather than just increasing weight ✅ Are looking for a balanced program of volume, frequency, and intensity ✅ Want to achieve both functional fitness and aesthetic changes simultaneously ✅ Have found strength-focused routines boring ✅ Want to naturally progress from intermediate to advanced level
While beginners improve just by working out more, intermediate lifters experience increased fatigue as weights and training intensity increase, requiring proper rest and volume management to continue progressing. This program is designed based on scientific evidence, carefully balancing training intensity, volume, frequency, and periodization.
This is a 6-day per week program with each body part trained twice weekly, with one rest day after every 3 days of training. The program is divided into 6 areas: push, front legs, pull, rest, push, posterior chain (back legs & back), and arms.
If you miss a workout, take a day off and continue with the next routine. Don't skip your scheduled rest day just because you've already taken an extra day off.
