IFBB PRO Routine by the Youngest Natural Athlete (Born in 2002)
Hello, I'm Shin-hyun Jo, the youngest natural IFBB PRO. Both bodybuilding and powerlifting are essentially weight training methods for building muscle. I've always focused on the fundamentals in my training and developed my own weight training program through trying various methods.
Among all the training methods I've tried, the program that allowed me to develop both strength and muscle hypertrophy simultaneously worked best for me.
