Expecting mothers in any trimester looking for safe, effective exercise

Anyone seeking low-impact, full-body workouts with modification options
Women in pregnancy wanting to maintain mobility and strength
Pregnancy is a time of incredible change. Your body is doing remarkable work, and exercise should support that process, not fight against it.
Many prenatal programs are either too cautious, offering little benefit, or fail to account for the real physical changes women in pregnancy experience. This program bridges that gap with functional movements that build genuine strength while respecting your body's current state.
The focus is on movements you'll actually use: squatting to pick things up, carrying weight, maintaining balance, and building the endurance for labor and caring for a newborn. Every exercise is chosen with purpose, and every modification ensures you can participate fully at any stage of pregnancy.
This program follows a 3-day weekly structure designed for expecting mothers in all trimesters.
Day A focuses on lower body and pelvic floor. You'll work on squats, lunges, and hip mobility to build the strength needed for carrying and labor.
Day B targets upper body and posture. Pulling movements and shoulder stability exercises help counteract the postural changes of pregnancy.
Day C brings everything together with full-body flow and safe core work. Each session ends with relaxation techniques to calm both body and mind.
Every workout begins with a gentle warm-up and concludes with a soothing cooldown.
Listen to your body above all else. Some days you'll feel strong, others you'll need more rest. Both are completely normal.
Avoid lying flat on your back after the first trimester. Use pillows or an incline for any supine exercises. If you feel dizzy, short of breath, or experience any pain, stop and rest.
Stay hydrated and keep your body temperature comfortable. Take breaks whenever you need them. The goal is to feel energized, not exhausted.
Every exercise has three modification levels. Choose the one that feels right for your body today. There's no pressure to progress. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Hi, I'm Taylor.
I specialize in creating toned, lean physiques through lower-body, core, and full-body sculpting. My approach blends strength training with Pilates-inspired stability and control work. I also focus on prenatal and postpartum fitness, helping women stay strong and safe through every stage of motherhood.
Strength doesn't have to mean bulk. My programs focus on creating long, lean muscles through controlled, precise movements. Every exercise emphasizes alignment, muscle activation, and proper form. I use sensory cues to help you feel the right muscles working—because when you're connected to your body, every rep becomes more effective. It's not about how fast you move or how heavy you lift; it's about the quality of each movement.
Elegance meets strength. I believe in training with intention—lengthening through each movement and feeling the control rather than rushing through reps. Your body is capable of incredible things when you approach it with patience and awareness. Whether you're sculpting your physique, preparing for motherhood, or rebuilding strength postpartum, the key is the same: move with purpose, breathe with intention, and trust that consistent effort creates lasting results.
