Gymwork Refund Policy

Gymwork Inc. (“Gymwork” or “the Company”) strives to provide the best services to customers and operates a fair refund policy. This policy outlines the refund rules for Gymwork’s subscription services and digital products.

Refunds for Gymwork’s paid subscriptions and digital content are only available under the following conditions:
1.1 Refund Request Within 7 Days of Payment (No Usage Recorded) • If a user requests a refund within 7 days of payment and has not used any paid features, a 100% refund will be issued. • For annual subscriptions, canceling within the 7-day free trial period will prevent any charges.
1.2 Duplicate (Double) Payments • If a duplicate payment is made for the same service under the same account, the additional payment will be fully refunded.
1.3 Technical Issues Preventing Service Use • If the user is unable to use the service due to Gymwork’s technical errors (excluding issues related to the user’s device or network), a refund request may be granted.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:
2.1 Services Already Used • If the user has accessed the service (e.g., workout programs, premium content), refunds will not be provided. • However, if a major service disruption prevents proper use, exceptions may be considered.
2.2 Subscription Discontinuation Due to Personal Reasons • If the user stops using the service for personal reasons (e.g., quitting workouts, schedule changes), refunds for the remaining period will not be provided. • Instead, users can cancel their subscription to avoid further charges.
2.3 Promotional and Discounted Purchases • Purchases made with discount coupons or promotional offers may be subject to different refund policies.
2.4 PDF and Digital Download Purchases • PDF and other digital download products are non-refundable. • Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds cannot be issued regardless of whether the file has been used.

3.2 Review and Approval • Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days, and users will be notified of the approval status.
3.3 Refund Processing • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. • Refund processing times may vary based on the policies of the payment provider or bank.
