Company: Gymwork Inc. ("Gymwork" or the "Company")

Gymwork is committed to providing the best possible service to our users and maintains a fair refund policy.
This policy outlines the refund terms for Gymwork's subscription services and digital products.


Refund Policy

Paid members who subscribed through Google Play Store or other payment methods may request a refund according to the following policy. (Exception: iOS App Store users)

Full Refund A full refund is available under the following condition: ① Within 7 days from the payment date, and the user has not accessed any PRO programs or used any paid features.

Partial Refund If the purchased plan period exceeds one month and meets any of the following conditions, a partial refund is available: ① Within 7 days from the payment date, and the user has accessed PRO programs or used paid features. ② Between 7 and 30 days from the payment date, and the user does not qualify for a full refund.

Partial refunds are calculated as follows: Refund Amount = Payment Amount – [Used Days × (Monthly Regular Price (₩12,800) / 30)] – Cancellation Fee (10% of total regular price)

No Refund • When the plan period is 1 month or less and the user has accessed PRO programs or used paid features. • When the plan period is 1 month or less and the refund request is made after 7 days from the payment date. • When the plan period is more than 1 month and the refund request is made after 30 days from the payment date.

3. If you paid by card via Paddle (global checkout) You can quickly request a refund directly via the Paddle site: ① Go to 🔗Paddle ② Click "Look up my purchase" and verify using your purchase email ③ After verification, click "Get help" on the item → Request a refund via 1:1 chat

4. If you paid by card via Toss Payments (Korea only)

  • If you entered the subscription code in the app Log in via the link below → Go to Subscription Management → Cancel your subscription first, then request a refund via [Contact Us]. 🔗Manage Subscription >

  • If you haven’t entered the subscription code yet Please go to [Contact Us] and send us your card number and payment date, and we’ll assist you with the refund.
