Maximum Volume for True Natural Bodybuilding
Hello! I'm Coach Kim Young-bin, a natural bodybuilder known as "Natural Bean."
While I used to lift heavier weights when I was younger, I now achieve muscle growth and development with lighter weights through proper control.
Since uncontrolled weight isn't effective for muscle hypertrophy, I've designed this program based on the 3-split routine I actually use for competition preparation.
Contraction and Release Tempo
Many people lack proper resistance training sensation. Instead of today's popular powerbuilding that focuses only on weight, this program starts with mastering contraction and release tempo from week 1, then gradually develops neuromuscular connection and endurance while improving strength.

6-Day, 3-Split Routine
Start with legs on Monday when condition is best, combining chest and shoulders to increase frequency and volume.
- Mon/Thu: Legs, Triceps
- Tue/Fri: Back, Biceps
- Wed/Sat: Chest, Shoulders
8-Week Curriculum
- Week 1: Develop stability and muscle endurance through proper form and mind-muscle connection
- Week 2: Focus on muscle pump through tempo variations after neural adaptation
- Week 3: Increase weight with 8-10 reps (from 10-12) for strength and hypertrophy
- Week 4: Adapt to main exercises while increasing volume in accessory movements
- Week 5: Power training with 5-8 reps on main lifts, increase weight on higher-rep accessories
- Weeks 6-8: Maintain weights while increasing reps for both main and accessory exercises
After week 8, return to week 5 and repeat
