Starting Position
1. Lie down on a bench with your back flat.
2. Hold a dumbbell or barbell with both hands at shoulder width.
3. Keep your elbows close to your body.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your elbows fixed, slowly lift the dumbbell or barbell above your head.
2. Use your triceps to slowly lower the dumbbell or barbell back to the original position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift the dumbbell or barbell, and inhale as you lower it.
