Starting Position
1. Lie face down on the floor and extend both arms straight forward.
2. Rest your forehead on the floor and relax your entire body.
During Exercise
1. Pull both arms back and clasp your hands together behind your back.
2. Lift your chest off the floor while opening your shoulders and chest wide.
3. Hold the position briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing
Inhale slowly as you lift your chest up, and exhale as you lower it down.
