Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Stand or sit comfortably. 2. Relax your body and take deep breaths to calm your mind. During the Exercise 1. Slowly raise your arms up and stretch your body long. 2. Bring one arm over your head and use the opposite hand to pull the elbow gently. 3. Repeat on the other side. 4. Spread your legs shoulder-width apart, step one leg forward, and bend the knee to stretch the back of your thigh. 5. Repeat with the other leg. Breathing Tips Inhale slowly as you stretch, and exhale while holding the position.
