Starting Position
1. Stand in front of the stepmill machine and place your feet on the pedals.
2. Hold onto the handrails for balance.
3. Set the machine to an appropriate speed and difficulty level.
During the Exercise
1. Step onto the pedals alternately, one foot at a time.
2. Keep your upper body upright and hold the handrails lightly.
3. Continue stepping at a consistent pace.
