Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands and lift it above your head.
3. Keep your elbows close to your ears and extend your arms fully.
During the Exercise
1. Lower the dumbbell slowly behind your head, keeping your elbows stationary.
2. Use your triceps to lift the dumbbell back above your head.
Breathing Tips
Inhale as you lower the dumbbell, and exhale as you lift it.
