Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Raise one arm straight up above your head. During Exercise 1. Stretch your raised arm as high as possible to stretch your shoulder. 2. Let your opposite arm hang naturally at your side. 3. Alternate between both sides and repeat. Breathing Inhale slowly as you reach your arm up, and exhale as you lower it.
