Starting Position
1. Wear comfortable sports shoes and clothing.
2. Prepare a soccer ball.
3. Find a field with enough space.
During the Exercise
1. Pass or dribble the ball with your feet.
2. Work with your teammates to move the ball towards the opponent's goal.
3. Defend by blocking the opponent's ball and maintain possession during offense.
Breathing Tips
Breathe naturally during the exercise. Maintain deep and regular breathing during running or intense movements.
