Starting Position
1. Sit on the lat pulldown machine and adjust the knee pad to secure yourself.
2. Grab the handle with one hand, placing the other hand on your waist.
3. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward.
During the Exercise
1. Slowly pull the handle down using your shoulder and back muscles.
2. Pull until your elbow is close to your torso, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull down, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
