Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Set the handle of the cable machine to a low position. 2. Grab the handle with one hand, and place the other hand on your hip. 3. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees. During the Exercise 1. Keeping your elbow fixed, curl your wrist towards your shoulder. 2. Slowly return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you curl your wrist, and inhale as you lower it.
