Starting Position
1. Stand or sit comfortably.
2. Keep your back straight and relax your shoulders.
During the Exercise
1. Extend your right arm across your body to the left.
2. Use your left hand to gently pull your right arm towards your chest.
3. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
Breathing Tips
Inhale deeply as you stretch, and exhale slowly while holding the position.
