Starting Position
1. Stand upright and bend your elbows to 90 degrees.
2. Keep your elbows close to your sides with your palms facing forward.
During Exercise
1. Keeping your elbows against your body, slowly rotate your hands inward.
2. Rotate until you feel a stretch on the inside of your shoulders.
3. Hold briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing
Exhale slowly as you rotate your hands inward, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
