Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Sit on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the floor. 2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms naturally hanging down. 3. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward. 4. Roll your shoulders back and squeeze your shoulder blades together. During the Exercise 1. Bend your elbows and pull the dumbbells towards your body. 2. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades as you pull the dumbbells. 3. Slowly return the dumbbells to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you pull the dumbbells, and inhale as you lower them.
