Starting Position
1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
2. Lean your upper body slightly back to engage your core muscles.
3. Clasp your hands together in front of your chest.
During the Exercise
1. Rotate your upper body to the right, bringing your hands close to the floor.
2. Return to the center.
3. Rotate your upper body to the left, bringing your hands close to the floor.
4. Repeat this motion.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you rotate your upper body, and inhale as you return to the center.
