Starting Position
1. Place a foam roller horizontally under your back and lie down on the floor.
2. Bend both knees with your feet flat on the floor, and naturally spread your arms out to the sides.
During Exercise
1. Slowly spread your arms toward the floor to open your chest.
2. Hold the position while feeling a sufficient stretch in your chest muscles.
3. Gradually change the angle of your arms to evenly stretch your entire chest.
Breathing
Take a deep breath in when opening your chest, and slowly exhale when relaxing. Allow your chest to naturally expand with your breathing.
