Starting Position
1. Sit on the machine with your chest firmly against the pad.
2. Adjust the seat so the handles are at shoulder height.
3. Grab the handles with a slight bend in your arms.
During the Exercise
1. Slowly open your arms backward, engaging your shoulder and back muscles.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you open your arms, and inhale as you bring your arms back together.
