Starting Position
1. Sit on the seat with your back against the pad and feet flat on the floor.
2. Adjust the seat height so the handles are above your head.
3. Grab the handles with both hands and position your elbows next to your head.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your elbows stationary, slowly extend your arms to push the handles upward.
2. Slowly bend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you extend your arms, and inhale as you bend your arms.
