Starting Position
1. Sit on the machine and place your feet on the footrests.
2. Grab the handles and extend your arms forward.
3. Keep your back straight and push your chest out.
4. Relax your shoulders and keep them down.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your arms and pull the handles towards your body.
2. Pull until your elbows go behind your body and your chest is open.
3. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you extend your arms.
