Starting Position
1. Sit on the machine, place your feet on the footrests, and slightly bend your knees.
2. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward.
3. Grab the handles with both hands.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your arms and pull the handles towards your abdomen, retracting your shoulders and expanding your chest.
2. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you extend your arms.
