Starting Position
1. Sit on the arm curl machine and place your elbows on the pad.
2. Grip the handles naturally with both hands.
3. Keep your feet flat on the floor and your back straight.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your elbows fixed, curl your arms to bring the handles towards your shoulders.
2. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you curl your arms, and inhale as you extend them.
