Starting Position
1. Lie face down on the lying leg curl machine.
2. Adjust the ankle pad so it is just above your Achilles tendon.
3. Grab the handles to stabilize your body.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your back fixed, slowly curl your legs upward.
2. Use your hamstrings to lift your legs as high as possible, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you curl your legs up, and inhale as you lower them back down.
