Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Sit on the leg extension machine. 2. Adjust the machine so your knees are aligned with the pivot point. 3. Position the ankle pad just above your ankles. 4. Hold the handles to stabilize your upper body. During the Exercise 1. Use your thigh muscles to slowly extend your legs. 2. Pause briefly when your legs are fully extended, then slowly return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you extend your legs, and inhale as you bend your legs.
