Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Stand straight with your feet together. 2. Keep your arms naturally at your sides. During the Exercise 1. Jump while spreading your legs shoulder-width apart and simultaneously raise your arms above your head. 2. Jump again to bring your feet back together and lower your arms to your sides. 3. Repeat this movement. Breathing Tips Inhale naturally as you jump, and exhale as you land.
