Starting Position
1. Sit on the hammer row machine and place your feet on the footrests.
2. Press your chest against the pad and keep your back straight.
3. Grip the handles naturally with both hands.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your arms and pull the handles towards your body, engaging your back muscles by pulling your shoulders and elbows back.
2. Slowly return the handles to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you return the handles.
