Starting Position
1. Stand up straight holding a dumbbell or kettlebell in each hand.
2. Keep your chest up and pull your shoulders back and down.
3. Look straight ahead and engage your core.
During the Exercise
1. Walk forward slowly while maintaining good posture.
2. Be careful not to let your body sway from side to side.
3. Safely set the weights down once you reach your target distance.

Breathe naturally and steadily as you walk without holding your breath.
