Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Extend both arms forward and raise them to shoulder height. During Exercise 1. Open your arms wide to the sides and expand your chest fully. 2. Feel the stretch in your chest and front shoulders. 3. Bring your arms back together in front and repeat. Breathing Inhale when opening your arms, and exhale when bringing your arms together.
