Starting Position
1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Lift the dumbbells overhead and position your elbows next to your ears.
3. Keep your elbows fixed and your torso straight.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your elbows to slowly lower the dumbbells behind your head.
2. Use your triceps to lift the dumbbells back overhead.
3. Make sure your elbows do not move.
Breathing Tips
Inhale as you lower the dumbbells, and exhale as you lift them.
