Starting Position
1. Set the handles of the cable machine to the high pulley position.
2. Grab the handles with both hands and step one foot forward for stability.
3. Lean slightly forward and start with your arms slightly bent.
During the Exercise
1. Engage your chest muscles to bring your hands together downward.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you bring your hands together, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
