Starting Position
1. Lie back on a decline bench.
2. Secure your feet under the foot pads.
3. Hold a dumbbell or medicine ball with both hands.
4. Slightly lift your upper body to engage your core.
During the Exercise
1. Rotate your torso to move the dumbbell or medicine ball to the side.
2. Slowly rotate to the opposite side and return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you rotate, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
