Starting Position

3. Keep your body close to the wall.
4. Plan the positions of your hands and feet in advance.
During the Exercise
1. Move one hand and one foot at a time.
2. Alternate the use of your hands and feet to maintain balance.
3. Use your legs more than your arms.
4. Pause and rest whenever necessary.

Breathe in and out slowly and deeply with each movement.
