Starting Position
1. Lie face down on a bench, supporting your chest.
2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand naturally.
3. Keep your feet stable on the ground.
During the Exercise
1. With a slight bend in your elbows, lift the dumbbells to shoulder height.
2. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift the dumbbells, and inhale as you lower them.
