Starting Position
1. Stand in front of the cable machine and grab the handle.
2. Fix your elbows by your sides and raise the handle above your head.
3. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees for stability.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your elbows fixed, slowly lower the handle to extend your arms.
2. Stop just before your elbows fully extend, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you extend your arms, and inhale as you bend your arms.
