Starting Position
1. Grab the handle of the cable machine with one hand.
2. Place your other hand on your hip for balance.
3. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your body straight.
During the Exercise
1. With a slight bend in your arm, lift your hand to the side.
2. Raise it to shoulder height, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift your arm, and inhale as you lower it.
