Starting Position
1. Sit on the cable row machine and place your feet on the footrests.
2. Slightly bend your knees and lean your torso slightly forward.
3. Grab the handle with both hands, extending your arms fully.
4. Keep your back straight and push your chest out.
During the Exercise
1. Pull the handle towards your abdomen by bringing your elbows back.
2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and contract your back muscles.
3. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handle, and inhale as you extend your arms.
