Starting Position
1. Attach the rope handle to the cable machine.
2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab the rope handle with both hands.
3. Keep your elbows fixed at your sides, with your palms facing each other.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your elbows fixed, curl the rope handle towards your shoulders.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you curl the rope handle, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
