Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Attach a rope handle to the cable machine. 2. Stand in front of the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart. 3. Slightly bend your knees and keep your back straight. 4. Grab the rope handle with both hands and extend your arms forward. During the Exercise 1. With a slight bend in your arms, pull the rope downwards. 2. Pull until the rope reaches waist height, then slowly return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you pull the rope down, and inhale as you return the rope to the starting position.
