Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Attach a rope handle to the cable machine and set the pulley to the highest position. 2. Grab the rope handle with both hands and turn your back to the cable machine. 3. Step one foot forward to stabilize your stance. 4. Raise your elbows above your head, keeping your arms next to your ears. During the Exercise 1. Keeping your elbows fixed, use your triceps to push the rope upward. 2. Slowly bend your arms to return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you push the rope up, and inhale as you bend your arms.
