Starting Position
1. Attach a rope handle to the cable machine.
2. Stand in front of the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
3. Grab the ends of the rope handle with both hands, palms facing each other.
4. Keep your arms naturally at your sides with a slight bend in your elbows.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your elbows fixed, curl the rope handle towards your shoulders.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you curl the rope handle, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
