Starting Position
1. Sit on a chair with your chest up and back straight.
2. Adjust the chair so the handles are level with your chest.
3. Grip the handles naturally with both hands.
4. If it’s hard to grab both handles at once, grab them one at a time.
During the Exercise
1. With a slight bend in your arms, engage your chest muscles to bring your hands together.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you bring your hands together, and inhale as you extend your arms.
