Starting Position
1. Sit on the machine with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Grab the handles and keep your arms slightly bent.
3. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward.
4. Lower your shoulders and relax.
During the Exercise
1. Use your shoulder muscles to lift your arms to the side.
2. Raise your arms until they are at shoulder height.
3. Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift your arms, and inhale as you lower them.
