Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees.
2. Keep your back straight and lean your torso forward.
3. Hold a dumbbell in each hand naturally.
During the Exercise
1. Pull the dumbbells towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body.
2. Slowly return the dumbbells to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the dumbbells up, and inhale as you lower them down.
