Starting Position
1. Place a barbell across your shoulders, standing with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Keep your chest up and your back straight.
3. Look straight ahead.
During the Exercise
1. Step forward with one foot and lower your body into a lunge, bending both knees to 90 degrees.
2. Ensure your front knee does not go past your toes.
3. Keep your back knee from touching the ground.
4. Push through your front foot to stand up and step forward with the other foot, repeating the motion.
Breathing Tips
Inhale as you step forward, and exhale as you stand up.
