Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your back straight.
2. Hold a resistance band with both hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
3. Extend your arms straight out in front of you at chest height.
During the Exercise
1. Keeping your arms straight, pull the band apart by moving your hands out to the sides.
2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and pause for a moment.
3. Slowly return to the starting position while controlling the resistance.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the band apart, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
