Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Lie face down on the back extension machine and secure your feet. 2. Adjust your position so your thighs rest on the pad. 3. Lean your upper body forward naturally. During the Exercise 1. Extend your back to lift your upper body. 2. Raise your upper body until it is parallel to the ground, then slowly return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you lift your upper body, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
